In 1970, the church decided to establish its own choir under the leadership of Mr. A. Wati Longkumer, who served as the choir master. He voluntarily served in this role for many years, contributing significantly to the church's music ministry.

The choir's inaugural performance featured the song titled “Days are coming closer to rule the world in truth, whom you are waiting? He is coming soon.” This song set the tone for the choir's future contributions to the church's worship and musical traditions.
The leadership of the choir has evolved over the years. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. R. Lipok Jamir served as the part-time choir master. His tenure was marked by growth and development within the choir. In 2008, Mr. Jamir was reinstated as the full-time choir master, a role he continues to fulfill with dedication. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding the choir through various changes and maintaining its vitality.
Today, the choir boasts a membership of 23 dedicated individuals. Under the continued leadership of Mr. R. Lipok Jamir, the choir remains a vibrant and essential part of the church's musical ministry, contributing significantly to the worship experience.
